Ahmetović: With the Alliance for Change we also agreed on members of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament from the RS

It is still unclear who will have the majority and 42 deputies on their side on Monday, when the constitutive session of the National Assembly of the RS is held, but the coalition "Domovina" yesterday agreed on joint action with the Alliance for Change (SDS-PDP-NDP), writes the Patria news agency.

Sadik Ahmetović, head of the negotiating team of "Domovina", told Patria that several concrete common goals are known at this moment.

- We had a conversation with representatives of the Alliance for Change, and according to what they conveyed to us, they currently have stable deputies, and they also informed us that they are in intensive talks with the party Napredna Srpska, led by Adam Šukalo and his two deputies. When you add the others to that, then that is the majority - says Ahmetović.

He further adds that the situation will be clearer on Monday at the first constitutive session of the National Assembly of the RS.

- We agreed on the manner in which the voting process at the session should proceed, we agreed that we should support the proposal of these parties for the Speaker of the Assembly, and they accepted to support the Vice-President from the coalition "Domovina". We also opened a discussion about the next steps that will follow after Monday, which is the election of members of the House of Peoples from the RS for the State Parliament - added Ahmetović, emphasizing that this is what is concrete at this moment.
- In recent days, there has been complete chaos regarding statements about who has 42 deputies, and we will see from the voting result on Monday who actually has them - added Ahmetović.
