Agrokomerc resolves pension service linkage for 128 workers

Agrokomerc d.d. Velika Kladuša has successfully resolved the issue of linking pensionable service and sending 128 workers into retirement. For this purpose, Agrokomerc provided its own funds, and part of the funds were secured in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry.

This process of linking pensionable service began with the financial consolidation of Agrokomerc based on the Law on Financial Consolidation of Companies in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Decision of the Government of the Federation of BiH on the financial consolidation of the company "Agrokomerc" d.d. Velika Kladuša, which has been ongoing since December 2014.

On this occasion, gifts were presented today at the Agrokomerc company to workers for whom all obstacles to their retirement have been removed.

- In light of the positive effects of the financial consolidation of the company Agrokomerc d.d., this departure into well-deserved retirement of our 128 female and male workers is also taking place. The process of linking pensionable service and meeting all conditions for retirement began in December 2014, but was intensified last year and this year. This is one of the proofs that we as a company are on the right track and that the effects of financial consolidation and the work of Agrokomerc's management are increasingly coming to the fore - stated Ermin Mujić, director of Agrokomerc d.d.

The company also emphasizes that in the past period, the company received a positive audit report for 2016, and that the Government of the FBiH also adopted the Work Report for 2016, which is a direct reflection of positive progress in operations, and such positive reports were not received by the company in the post-war periods, specifically they were always negative.

- In the context of positive developments, the Government of the FBiH and the relevant Ministry have approved an extension of the financial consolidation procedure for another two years, which will enable further revitalization of the company.

During 2017, workers of Agrokomerc d.d. received the right to health protection and validation of their health insurance cards after more than 10 years, which represents another extremely positive effect for this company and its workers, the statement from Agrokomerc d.d. Velika Kladuša says.
