The Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of BiH published on its official website the appeal of the RS Government for assistance to endangered areas, but not the appeal of the FBiH Government, writes the BiH news agency Patria.
Namely, the Agency published the appeal on 21 May 2014, listing bank account numbers, and the text was originally taken from a daily newspaper in RS. It states "instructions from the RS Government for financial aid payments for flood-affected areas and population. The Government of Republika Srpska calls on citizens and legal entities to pay financial aid for flood-affected areas and population to the special purpose account: Ministry of Finance, NLB Razvojna banka a.d. Banja Luka", reads one part of this news item.
A list of aid collection points in Banja Luka was also added, writes Patria.
On the website of this state agency, managed by Nataša Grubiša, there is no mention of an appeal for help to the Federation of BiH, even though the FBiH Government has also opened accounts for aid to endangered areas.
The Federation of BiH is only mentioned in the Agency's notice to all interested parties who wish to donate medicines and medical devices from humanitarian aid in the Federation of BiH or Republika Srpska, which is the primary activity of this Agency, writes Patria.
After the Patria agency published the text about the appeal for help to RS, and not for FBiH, the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of BiH removed that appeal from its website.
