Agency for Civil Service Annulled Advertisement for Six Positions in the Ministry of Security

(Patria) - The Agency for Civil Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina yesterday annulled an internal advertisement for a total of six positions in the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Patria learns.

Earlier, the media wrote about the procedures related to the internal advertisement, published on the ADS website on February 21, 2019, which was also the subject of an anonymous criminal complaint, in which it was claimed that Dragan Ćućilo, Tatjana Soldat, Maja Pantić, and Aleksandra Ćećez should take the advertised positions.

Based on the aforementioned criminal complaint, SIPA and the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, through the Administrative Inspectorate, conducted oversight in the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the same time, after the first interview in the procedure, several candidates filed complaints regarding the bias and incompetence of the members of the commission for conducting the competition procedure.

The Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dragan Mektić, himself requested from the Agency for Civil Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina the annulment of that internal advertisement.
