AFFAIR ASIM Indictment against Sarajlić, Delalić and Šehović confirmed

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the KS Prosecutor's Office against Asim Sarajlić, Sabahudin Delalić and Muhamed Šehović for the criminal offense of giving gifts and other benefits, it was announced today from the KS Prosecutor's Office. 

"The accused are charged that from February 20 to 25, 2020, before the scheduled internal SDA elections for the president of the Cantonal Organization of SDA Sarajevo, which were planned for February 26, 2020, at which the proposed candidates were SDA members Semir Efendić and Fikret Prevljak, through Muhamed Šehović, they arranged a meeting with delegate for the election assembly Velid Tvrtković, to whom they promised that by using their social and influential position they hold based on positions within SDA, they would employ his wife in one of the institutions where SDA cadres hold management positions, if he gave his vote to their candidate Fikret Prevljak for the aforementioned position in those elections," it is stated. 

The prosecutor in charge proposed the hearing of three witnesses, three experts, and the presentation of more than 70 material evidence for the main trial.
