Radončić's lawyers filed an appeal against the detention of the SBB leader

An appeal was filed with the Appellate Council of the Court of BiH in the case of the detention of SBB leader Fahrudin Radončić, confirmed by Radončić's legal team.

Fahrudin Radončić's legal team, Vasvija Vidović and Dragan Barbarić, have filed an appeal, and they expect a decision within the next 10 days.

The Court of BiH, at the proposal of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, ordered a one-month detention for Fahrudin Radončić due to the existence of grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of obstruction of justice. He is also charged with conspiracy to commit a criminal offense and promising an unlawful reward or benefit, which relates to the appointment of Nermana Hadžijahić as BiH ambassador to Slovenia.
