(Patria) - The cover photo was taken about twenty days ago. And it clearly shows the damage caused by the company "Adriatic Metals", after the FBiH Government made 7.2 hectares of state forest land available to it, writes Istraga.ba.
The destroyed forest was officially called "scrub" by the Federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, after the Constitutional Court of BiH accepted Kemal Ademović's request and made a decision to temporarily suspend the government's Decision on changing the purpose of forest land and temporary use of forest land for other purposes.
- Some obviously think it's better to leave a hopeless scrub that will be called state-owned, than a promising investment on land that is also state-owned - Nikšić said.
The Prime Minister further stated that "with its decision, the Government did not change the land title holder, it remains state-owned, but in accordance with the proclaimed position of the Legal Counsel's Office, we allowed the possibility of temporary use until the expiry of the concession agreement. After the termination of the contract, the investor is obliged to return the land to its original state".
Here again is how the "hopeless scrub" that Nikšić allocated to "Adriatic Metals" currently looks from the air.
