AC Food made the highest bid for the second part of Agrokomerc's assets

AC Food d.o.o. Velika Kladuša today, at a public auction of real estate held at the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša, offered the highest amount and thus acquired the right to become the owner of the second part of the assets of the Joint Stock Company Agrokomerc upon payment within a specified period. The subject of today's public auction was a part of the "Food Industry" with access roads, facilities, and plants in the Polje settlement.

The deadline for payment of the amount of 4.4 million KM, which the Court assessed as the highest bid, is 30 days, AC FOOD announced today. This company was one of the three bidders who participated in the public auction today.

We remind you that at the end of March, AC FOOD acquired ownership rights over facilities for animal feed production, fruit and vegetable processing, as well as warehouses, by paying 3.053 million KM, also after a public auction. At the beginning of June this year, AC FOOD took over the production of the Tops brand, as well as other Agrokomerc products from the confectionery program, chocolate lines, spices, soups, and pasteurized vegetables.
