Abdu-r-Rezzak: Doctor for patients possessed by demons

Sheikh Ahmed Al-Wakil Abdu-r-Rezzak is a spiritual healer from Sarajevo who treats those possessed by jinn, specters, and demons.

He is busy every day, so getting an appointment with him is quite difficult. Sick people from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as distressed individuals from all over Europe, come to his house in Osjek near Ilidža.
An appointment for treatment also needs to be scheduled in advance. His wife answers the phone, and only if you are exceptionally lucky will you get an appointment on the same day, although it is most often the next day or sometime during the week.

- Many people fall ill due to jinn or what modern science calls the parallel world – Abdu-r-Rezzak tells the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP). Just a few days earlier, he explains, he had patients from the United States. After a half-hour treatment with him, a middle-aged woman said she no longer felt the discomfort and pain in her chest, which she had been struggling with for several years. On the same day, Abdu-r-Rezzak relieved a man from Sarajevo of a severe headache, and lowered the blood pressure of another, the cause of which even doctors could not determine.

A few years ago, a girl from Jablanica regained her sight after treatments by Abdu-r-Rezzak, and another began to walk. It was a miracle that was talked about throughout Herzegovina.

What Abdu-r-Rezzak does is considered strange by many, and unrealistic by some, but people who have undergone his spiritual medicine attribute incredible healing abilities to him.

Abdu-r-Rezzak was born in 1971 as the third child in the Egyptian Al-Wakil family. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, and then enrolled in studies at the world's oldest university, Al-Azhar. However, as he soon got a job as an assistant to the famous Egyptian healer Muhammad Osama, he put his studies at Al-Azhar aside and dedicated himself entirely to spiritual medicine.

He came to Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1994. He lived in Zenica, in Jablanica, and for the past few years, he has been living with his family in Sarajevo.

- Jinn have the ability to influence the human mind to some extent. They are simply such beings. Many mentally ill people, for whom doctors do not have a proper diagnosis, are actually under the influence of the parallel world, and we can help in such cases – says Abdu-r-Rezzak.

- Jinn can also be the cause of other ailments such as frequent headaches, poor blood circulation, blindness, problems with blood pressure, heart issues, and can even cause the failure of individual organs. The cause of uncontrolled fear of anything can also be a sign that a person is possessed – he adds.

Abdu-r-Rezzak says that the medicine he practices has been known in Islamic tradition since the advent of Islam, and that he is just one of many who use it to help other people. For Europe, he says, it may be less known, but in Arab countries, spiritual medicine is a perfectly legitimate practice.

- For every health problem, one should first visit a doctor. But if official medicine has no cure, then one should try spiritual healing – explains Abdu-r-Rezzak, writes NAP.

He claims that in Bosnia and Herzegovina, there are increasingly more people suffering from some form of jinn possession.

- Envy, immorality, hypocrisy prevail in society... All this weakens people's faith in God, and then such individuals are susceptible to being attacked by the parallel world – says Abdu-r-Rezzak, writes NAP.
