610,000 KM for National Monuments and Insulation of Public Buildings in FBiH

The Federal Ministry of Spatial Planning allocated 150,000 KM for building insulation to save energy in five municipalities in FBiH and 460,000 KM for the protection of national monuments in several municipalities, reports the bh. news agency Patria. The agreement was signed on Wednesday.

The Municipality of Bihać received 30,000 KM for the insulation of the "Mixed Electrical and Wood Processing Secondary School", and the Municipality of Maglaj received 30,000 KM for the reconstruction of the Health Center's boiler room in Maglaj.

The Municipality of Novi Grad also received 30,000 KM for the insulation of the "Ćamil Sijarić" Primary School, the Municipality of Hadžići for the insulation of the Hadžići Secondary School Center, and the Municipality of Foča Ustikolina for the insulation of the Municipal building and police station.

50,000 KM each was awarded for the renovation of Islamic sacral objects declared national monuments of BiH: Medžlis IZ Žepče for the project of building a minaret from carved stone blocks at the Alibey Mosque in Žepče, and Medžlis IZ in Stolac for the completion of the renovation and maintenance of the Emperor's Mosque.

For the protection of Catholic sacral objects declared national monuments of BiH, the Municipality of Kreševo received 50,000 KM for the protection of the national monument and the continuation of the construction of the museum building of the Franciscan Monastery Kreševo. 50,000 KM was also allocated for the continuation of urgent rehabilitation of the church of St. Basil the Great in Konjic.

40,000 KM each was allocated for the rehabilitation of the roof of the Museum "Battle for the Wounded on the Neretva River" in Jablanica, the reconstruction of the Small City Hall "Beledija" in Odžak, the preparation of the main project for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the South Tower and South Ramparts of the Old Town in Maglaj, the execution of preliminary research works on the national monument Architectural Ensemble Old Town Dubronik in Ilijaš, and for the preparation of the main project for the revitalization of the wider complex of the Old Town in Srebrenik.

60,000 KM was allocated for the promotion and presentation of national monuments. The Municipality of Goražde and the Ministry of Construction/Building and Spatial Planning of HNK, as well as the Municipality of Gračanica, received 20,000 KM each for the project of preserving the monument "Mara Popović's House".
