5,000 Eid packages from BiH finally in the hands of refugees

After problems with import into the Republic of Croatia, 5,000 Eid packages have reached their destination. The original plan of the humanitarian organization "Islam my life" was to distribute the packages in camps, however, due to overly strict measures by the Croatian government, this was not possible, reports a reporter from the Patria news agency.

The packages are located in the warehouse of the Merhamet Charitable Society, and the plan is to distribute the packages in three camps in Croatia over the next seven days.

- We are still awaiting an agreement with the authorities and the Red Cross to determine the exact locations where the packages will be distributed. Most likely, these will be Tovarnik, Opatovac, and Beli Manastir - they stated for Patria from the humanitarian organization "IML".

From IML, they thanked the president of the Merhamet Charitable Society Sisak, Professor Agan Velić, Ismet Isaković, secretary of the Merhamet Charitable Society Sisak, and the secretary of the Meshihat, Nermin ef. Botonjić, as well as all volunteers of the Merhamet Charitable Society from Sisak for their cooperation and help.

A new humanitarian campaign for Novi Sad is also being prepared, for which more information will be available soon.
