500 thousand KM for flooded areas in BiH

Representatives of the Centar Municipality, which allocated 500 thousand marks for aid to municipalities that suffered damage due to floods in May this year, visited Olovo, Kladanj, Živinice, Kalesija, Tuzla and Gračanica, writes the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

Nedžad Ajnadžić, president of the Centar Municipal Council, who led the delegation from Sarajevo, said that the aid of 500 thousand KM is symbolic considering the extent of the damage, but it is important for the residents of the endangered areas to know that they are not alone.

- Around 500 thousand marks will be distributed to 35 local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina that suffered the greatest damage. I hope we will distribute funds on the same principle next year as well – said Ajnadžić, reports the Patria agency.
