On June 26, Karić opens the highway on the Sarajevo bypass

Director of Autoceste Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine Ensad Karić announced the opening of the highway on the Sarajevo bypass for June 26. One of the largest traffic projects in Sarajevo in the last 30 years will reduce traffic jams when entering the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which have been one of Sarajevo's biggest problems for years, reports the BH news agency Patria (NAP).

- After ten years, with the construction of the highway on the Sarajevo bypass, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina will solve the key traffic problem of congestion at the entrances to the city - said Karić.

- Sarajevo, as the most important and largest traffic hub in BiH, is the starting point for many traffic journeys that will now also be realized via the highway on the Sarajevo bypass, the most significant infrastructure project in the last 30 years - added Karić, reports Patria.
