23 objects on Zenica promenade incorrectly displayed the state flag

Bosnia and Herzegovina is celebrating Statehood Day today, with November 25th marking the first session of ZAVNOBiH in 1943 in Mrkonjić Grad. At that time, the ZAVNOBiH resolution was adopted, which expressed the determination of the people of BiH that their country be a united community in which full equality of all will be ensured, as well as the equality of the Republic of BiH within the Yugoslav federation, with historical borders dating back to the time of medieval Bosnia, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

One of the ways to mark this day is by displaying the state flag. Along the main Zenica promenade, on Alija Izetbegović Square, 23 flags were incorrectly placed, and only in two objects were they correctly placed. On some objects, the flags are crumpled in the corner of the display window, which is certainly not appropriate, especially on this day.

It often happens that the state flag is incorrectly displayed even at state institutions and important events.

Given that the BiH flag in its horizontal version is not adapted for vertical display, these numerous mistakes are not surprising.
