133 years of the National Museum: Free visit to the Sarajevo Haggadah room

(Patria) - It is the 133rd anniversary of the existence and operation of the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the oldest scientific and cultural institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Along with a large number of contents, visitors will have the opportunity to purchase publications and souvenirs from the publishing house of the National Museum of BiH at promotional prices with a 20 percent discount and for a free visit to the Sarajevo Haggadah room at specific times.

Due to the obligation to implement epidemiological measures, entry into each museum facility will be controlled and limited to a maximum of 30 people, it was announced from the National Museum of BiH.

The National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been fighting for survival for years, and today it faces one of its biggest challenges, and in such an atmosphere, the celebration of its anniversary is happening in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic that has affected BiH and the whole world.

The celebration of February 1st, the day the National Museum of BiH was founded, is a traditional event during which a large number of cultural and entertainment activities are organized for all ages.
