JUNE 10 University of Sarajevo to promote 43 Doctors of Science

(Patria) - The promotion of Doctors of Science of the University of Sarajevo will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM at the National Theatre of Sarajevo (Obala Kulina bana 9).

Prof. dr. Tarik Zaimović, Rector of the University of Sarajevo, Vice-Rectors of the University of Sarajevo, and Deans of the faculties will promote 43 candidates to the degree of Doctor of Science.

Striving towards a knowledge society, the University of Sarajevo will promote:

Six candidates to the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences, 4 candidates each to the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Doctor of Social Sciences, and Doctor of Health Sciences, 3 candidates to the degree of Doctor of Law, 2 candidates each to the degree of Doctor of Administrative Sciences, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Doctor of Linguistic Sciences, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, and Doctor of Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, and 1 candidate each to the degree of Doctor of Islamic Sciences, Doctor of Literary History, Doctor of Educational Sciences, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Doctor of Physical Sciences, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Doctor of Mathematical Sciences, and Doctor of Science in the field of Social/Humanities Sciences, field of Educational Sciences and Pedagogy.
