(Patria) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić announced today that NATO is sending a battalion of reserve forces to BiH.
“NATO is sending a battalion of reserve forces to BiH as support for the EUFOR Althea military mission. A long-awaited and strategically extremely important decision to extinguish secessionist and irredentist ideas and preserve peace and stability,” Zvizdić stated on Twitter.
Zvizdić’s message comes at a time when Milorad Dodik has again threatened to declare the independence of Republika Srpska if the High Representative in BiH Christian Schmidt intervenes regarding state property.

“We have presented our views and said that BiH should return to the Constitution, that interventionism should stop, and that foreigners should withdraw,” Dodik stated on the social network “X”.
