Zrinjski scores five goals in the first half against opponent

(Patria) - HŠK Zrinjski is writing the history of BiH football and will be the first team from our country in the group stage of a European competition. After the first half in the two-leg match with Iceland's Breidablik, the score is 5:0.

After 45 minutes of play, the 'Nobles' are leading with an incredible 5:0 and have an extra player on the field.

It all started in the second minute when Tomislav Kiš opened the scoring against the visitors, and then true madness began under Bijeli Brijeg, and the visitors' net was filled to the brim.

Malekinušić increased the lead to 2:0 in the 22nd minute, Kiš scored his second goal eight minutes later for 3:0, and then Einarsson received a second yellow card and had to leave the field early.

Just one minute after the sending-off, Nemanja Bilbija increased the lead to 4:0, and Malekinušić set the halftime score at 5:0 in the 40th minute.

The lead could easily have been greater. The 'Nobles' missed several more excellent chances, but this is also an incredible result with which they will certainly face LASK Linz in the Europa League play-off.

What is important is that Bosnia and Herzegovina will have a representative in the group stage of a European competition for the first time. Breidablik, with all due respect, cannot make up this deficit in the second leg.
