The second qualifying match for Euro 2016 between BiH and Wales ended with a score of 0:0. BiH got its first point from this match.
What particularly worried the fans was a misunderstanding with Edin Džeko. Namely, Džeko received a yellow card, and considering he received a public warning against Cyprus as well, the commentator stated that Džeko would not play against Belgium. However, the mistake was corrected in time, as players are suspended after three yellow cards.
Otherwise, the match between these two national teams was quite spirited, and there was no shortage of chances. But, it wasn't enough. The players led by coach Safet Sušić gave their best to get at least one ball into the opponent's net, but it simply didn't happen.
Coach Sušić fielded the following lineup:
Begović, Šunjić, Lulić, Bešić, Medunjanin, Pjanić, Mujdža, Sušić, Hadžić, Ibišević, Džeko.
He made a substitution in the second half when Izet Hajrović came in for Ibišević. Our Dragons had the support of around 3,000 fans, and there were about 25,000 fans in the stands of the Cardiff stadium.
The Dragons' next match is at Bilino Polje on October 13, writes Patria.
