Dragons Tonight with Cyprus: Three Points Must Be Secured

The representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina had their official training last night at the NS/FS BiH Training Center ahead of the qualifying match with Cyprus. All players were available to coach Mehmed Baždarević and his assistants, they are ready and are looking forward to tonight's important match in good spirits.

The 2018 World Cup qualifier match, Bosnia and Herzegovina-Cyprus, is scheduled for 8:45 PM at the "Bilino Polje" stadium in Zenica.

At the last meeting with the media following the work of the senior national football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, coach Mehmed Baždarević and captain Edin Džeko informed the public about the current situation in the BiH team after the unsuccessful away match in Brussels.

- We must turn our attention to what awaits us as soon as possible, to give our best because those three points are extremely important to us. We can justify everything except the fighting spirit that was not enough in Belgium. That must not happen again in any future match - said Baždarević.

Captain Edin Džeko said he was disappointed with our team's performance in Belgium and his own game.

- In this situation, which is much more important than the one in Belgium, any positive result will be an incentive for us, and that is why we must now achieve what is expected of us - emphasized captain Džeko.
