VIENNA, (Patria) - The Bosnia and Herzegovina "A" national football team will play their last Nations League match in Vienna tonight. While Austria only needs a win, the "Dragons" could even finish first in some scenarios even with a loss.
However, judging by the announcements, Robert Prosinečki does not want to calculate, but rather confirm the first place in the group.
"We are not thinking about playing for a draw, but about playing a good game. The players are motivated and want to present themselves in the right way, especially since we will have great support from the stands. When you play for a draw, you usually lose. Austria is a good team, but we want to stay first in the group," Prosinečki was decisive.
Although Austria is fighting for first place, and in case of two losses, could even finish last, Franco Foda is not burdened by that. He believes his team can win.
"The situation in the group is clear. BiH has nine points and a draw is enough for them. We need a win, we must and want to win. The match in Zenica was close, we could have scored there too. I believe that small things will decide tomorrow's match. We know what we want to play, it is important that we have possession of the ball and play our game," said the Austrian coach.
The match at the Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna starts at 8:45 PM, and around 20,000 BiH fans are expected.
