Today in Zenica, a press conference was held regarding the match between the national teams of BiH and Gibraltar, which will be played on Saturday at Bilino Polje as part of the World Cup qualifiers, writes Patria.
Assistant coach Mehmed Baždarević, Dragan Perić, said that all invited players have arrived at the Training Camp. Danijel Miličević will miss this match as he has gone for recovery.
- We are entering the match with great respect. We will give our best to win. It is a pleasure to work with these guys and we truly enjoy every training session. We are focusing on being aggressive, we will not allow the opponent to impose their game, said Perić.
National team player Toni Šunjić said that he thinks there should be no problems because the opponent is not that dangerous, while the debutant in the BiH jersey Daniel Pavlović emphasized that he is playing for the national team for the first time and that he will give his best.
- I am glad that my performances have earned me the call-up and the coach's trust. No one should be underestimated, everyone knows how to play football. I am ready and I will give my best, said Avdija Vršajević.
