Zmajevi finally arrive home, Prosinečki satisfied with the performance

Members of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team arrived in Sarajevo today from South Korea via a flight over Doha.

Coach Robert Prosinečki stated upon arrival in Sarajevo:

„This was one of the more tiring journeys and we are tired, but we had a very successful test where we saw many good things. We played a good match against a quality team that will compete at the World Cup. The players who got a chance were up to the task. Despite the fact that it is the end of the season and everyone is tired, the guys played a phenomenal match.“

Satisfied with the match against South Korea was also three-time scorer Edin Višća:

„We played well, we dominated all 90 minutes. A great thing is that the players from the Premier League also fit into the team excellently and played very well. In these few matches with the new coach, you can see that we want to play and that we will have a recognizable style in the future. There were certainly some mistakes, but we will correct those over time. I believe we are on the right track.“

New name in the „A“ team, Eldar Ćivić, is happy about his debut:

„I am glad that I made my debut for the national team. It is the dream of every athlete, and mine came true. I am happy that we played a really good match and deservedly won.“

„We are tired after so many hours of travel, but we had to do it. It is important that the match served its purpose. We can all be satisfied with the performance and the victory against a quality team. It is always good to win, regardless of the fact that these are friendly matches“, said Elvis Sarić.
