(Patria) - The Bosnian and Herzegovina "A" national football team will be the only team from the region in the "A" division of the Nations League after Croatia was relegated from the elite.
Croats were defeated tonight at Wembley by England (2:1) and finished last in the group which also included Spain. This means that in the new season of the Nations League, Croats will be in the "B" division, and Serbia, which secured promotion to the "B" division, is also in that class.
Slovenia was relegated to the "D" division, while North Macedonia advanced and will compete in the "C" division, and Kosovo could join them in the "C" class, needing one point against Azerbaijan for that feat. It is not yet known whether Montenegro will remain in the "C" division.
In the "A" division, alongside BiH, there are: France, Netherlands, Switzerland, Portugal, Italy, England, Spain, Ukraine, Russia or Sweden, Denmark.
