After winning first place for the ninth time at the European Championship held in Germany, numerous congratulations have been sent to the representatives of BiH in sitting volleyball, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
In addition to family members and other fellow athletes, congratulations to selector Mirza Hrustemović and the representatives were also sent by politicians Nermin Nikšić, Željko Komšić, leaders of the Government of the Federation of BiH, the Sarajevo Canton, Sergej Barbarez, Mirza Teletović, as well as numerous BiH citizens via social networks.
Incidentally, our team arrives in Sarajevo this evening, and a welcome will be organized in front of the Novi Grad Municipality building. Our team is traveling with three vans and is expected in Sarajevo between 6 and 7 PM.
It is important to note that at this championship, the BiH representatives recorded all victories without losing a single set. They played against Hungary, the Netherlands, Serbia, Poland, Ukraine, and in the final against Germany.
