WINTER WILL HIT WITH ITS TAIL Meteorologists announce snowfall and low temperatures by the end of next week

(Patria) - Since they didn't in February and the first two decades of March, winter conditions will show their temper in the coming days.

Meteorologists of the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of BiH are warning that in addition to a pronounced drop in air temperature, snow and sleet are expected in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The most snow is predicted in the mountains and the Krajina region. Snow is not excluded in the Posavina region as well as in the foothills of central Bosnia. Light rain is possible in the south of the country. Unstable weather with temperatures below the long-term average is likely until the end of next week.

Minimum air temperatures will generally range between 0°C and 5°C in Bosnia, and from 4°C to 9°C in Herzegovina.

Maximum daily temperatures will be between 4°C and 9°C in Bosnia, and from 9°C to 14°C in the Herzegovina region.

In the period from April 5th to the end of the forecast period, according to available forecast models, stabilization of weather conditions in our country is expected.

Mostly cloudy and partly sunny weather will prevail with temperatures that will be more appropriate for the date on the calendar.

Morning temperatures will generally range between 2°C and 7°C in Bosnia up to 10°C in Herzegovina, with maximum daily temperatures between 8°C and 13°C in Bosnia up to 16°C in Herzegovina.
