Željko Komšić files criminal charges against Milorad Dodik

(Patria) - BiH Presidency member Željko Komšić, as announced, yesterday, May 14, filed criminal charges against the Chairman of the Presidency Milorad Dodik with the BiH Prosecutor's Office. Komšić filed the criminal charges due to statements made by Milorad Dodik on Sunday at the commemoration of the anniversary of the Third Infantry (RS) Regiment of the Armed Forces of BiH, which inherits the tradition of the former RS Army.

Dodik claimed at the time that the decision to abolish the Army of Republika Srpska was a mistake, and that the formation of the Armed Forces of BiH was under pressure from the international factor. He also requested that the command of that regiment, at the next commemoration, have more than half of the formation dressed in the uniforms of the former RS Army, "because it is their day".
