Zdenko Lučić is officially the "Pentagon's" candidate for the BiH Presidency

(Patria) - Zdenko Lučić is officially the candidate of five Croatian parties, the so-called "Pentagon," for the member of the BiH Presidency from the Croatian people. At a meeting of HDZ 1990, HRS, HSS, HNP, and HDS, the decision was made that Lučić will be the candidate. So far, there are three candidates in the race for the member of the BiH Presidency from the Croatian people, with the names Slaven Kovačević (DF) and Darijana Filipović (HDZ BiH) previously known.

In his first address to the media, Lučić said:

- We Croats are a sovereign people. We have known how to fight for our existence throughout history in these regions. With this "Pentagon" and our policies, guidelines, and strategy, we will know how to do so in the future as well. We use all legitimate and legal tools to achieve our rights. Thank you all, and in the coming period, we will have more time to talk and present my vision and strategy as a future member of the BiH Presidency – Lučić told reporters in Mostar.

His professional path combines military, intelligence, and political experience.
