Confusing the public is worse than lying: The case of Konaković's objection to Željana Zovko

(Patria) - The political representatives of the Trojka have nothing left to do until the end of this mandate but to confuse the people. They will achieve nothing with lies, and with confusion they can save enough rating for political survival.

Because confusing people is more effective than deceiving them. People eventually expose deception, but confusion is much harder to overcome.

After all, this is the main method of the "media" under the control and financial stimulation of the Trojka. To confuse more than to deceive.

A deceived person, unless it is Zukan Helez, will sooner or later realize they have been misinformed. A confused person, on the other hand, does not understand, and is far from being able to distinguish truth from lies.

The loudest television megaphones of the Trojka are not liars as much as they are confusors, and people who repeatedly present new unprovable theories, just as is the case with our Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković.

It is almost impossible for an ordinary person to distinguish what is true and what is false from what Konaković says. That flood of words and statements, that incoherent uncontrolled babbling which has been declared eloquence here, may aim to deceive, but it produces more confusion than deception. This is, of course, worse.

Because what is the point of any polemic and discourse on social issues when general confusion prevails, when the public space has been turned into a den where, due to the circumstances, mediocrities must prevail, whose loud shouts and screams demotivate any decent person from engaging with these issues.

Only in such an environment can Konaković be eloquent, and any serious issue of importance to the state drowned in a sea of stupidity.

Konaković's objection to Željana Zovko has emerged from this sea of stupidity today. She, apparently dissatisfied that Christian Schmidt has not yet formally placed Bosnia and Herzegovina under Zagreb's jurisdiction, criticized him.

And then the rhetorician Konaković appeared, and accused Željana Zovko of not minding Christian Schmidt when he suspended the Constitution of the Federation of BiH and changed the rules on election night. Unbelievable!

Konaković criticized those who, with the rest of the Trojka, and by the grace of Zagreb, imposed him as the government precisely through the aforementioned suspension of the FBiH Constitution and changing the rules on election night.

Only God knows what Konaković intended with this objection. If he wanted to lie, he failed because he accidentally told the truth. True, he only tells the truth by accident, as was the case now.

What he succeeded in doing was confusing both himself and his cretinous supporters, who will certainly not see in his objection to Zovko the fact that Konaković is contradicting himself, but rather proof that the "regime media" are lying about our minister being under Zagreb's political control.
