Due to suspicion of abuse of office: MUP TK searches premises of the President of the City Council of Živinice, Nail Jusić

(Patria) - Members of the MUP of Tuzla Canton, under the order of the TK Prosecutor's Office, are searching the facilities of the President of the City Administration of Živinice, Nail Jusić (SDA), who is suspected of abuse of office or authority, forgery of an official document, as well as accepting a reward or other form of benefit for trading in influence.

Searches of private properties used by Jusić are underway, while members of the special police are also located in front of the Živinice City Administration building, writes Politički.ba.

As Istraga.ba learns, Jusić is suspected of purchasing fake diplomas from the International University in Goražde, for himself and his relatives.

The University in Goražde is connected to Salvatore Messina, who, through foundations in Switzerland and Croatia, enrolled students of medicine and other fields by organizing fake classes and practical training for students in Italy. Jusić obtained diplomas precisely through this “University”.

Jusić is suspected of hiring relatives and friends into the city administration. As Istraga.ba learns, Jusić hired his brother at the Živinice Health Center, as well as his nephew as a dentist in the same institution, who later found employment with a private employer. After securing a fake diploma for his son Ibrahim Jusić, he hired him as a psychologist at the Živinice Health Center. In addition, he hired his daughter-in-law at the Živinice kindergarten.

He hired the wife of councilor Mevludin Salković – Cicko, who is also his friend, into the Živinice City Administration. He hired Salković’s daughter at the Živinice Health Center.

Additionally, he is suspected of hiring relatives of the Mayor of Živinice, Began Muhić, at the Živinice Health Center.
