Traffic suspended on several roads due to landslides and rockfalls

(Patria) - Traffic has been suspended on the M-4 Banja Luka – Prijedor main road in Ramići, the M-4 Teslić-Kotor Varoš main road over the Borja pass, and the M-4 Banja Luka-Čelinac main road in Marjanovac, as well as on the R-473 Teslić-Tedin Han regional road in Kamenica, due to rockfalls and activated landslides, BIHAMK announced.

Traffic has been suspended on the following regional roads due to a large amount of water on the roadway: Banovići-Zavidovići (in Breštica), Cazin-Gata (in Tržačka Raštela), and Cazin-Stijena-Ljusina.

Traffic is difficult on the following main roads due to water on the roadway: M-16.1 Banja Luka-Prnjavor at the entrance to Prnjavor, M-15 Prijedor-Sanski Most in Čarakovo, and M-5 Jajce-Mrkonjić Grad in Jezero.

Heavy rainfall is also slowing down and hindering traffic on other sections in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We warn of frequent landslides of earth or rocks on sections passing through cuttings, as well as over mountain passes.
