(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency today (11.12.2025), upon order of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, searched one location in the area of Bužim, during which items that may serve as evidence in further proceedings were discovered and temporarily confiscated.
One person was deprived of liberty due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Inciting National, Racial, and Religious Hatred, Discord, or Intolerance" as prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The person deprived of liberty will be taken to official premises after the work on the ground is completed, where criminal processing and questioning as a suspect will be carried out.
The acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will decide on the further status of the person.
This operational action was carried out in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Una-Sana Canton.
