Detention requested for Aganović and Hajdarević suspected of rape

(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office proposed to the Sarajevo Cantonal Court to order one-month detention for Benjamin Aganović and Aladin Hajdarević.

They are suspected of the criminal offenses of violating the inviolability of the home, unlawful deprivation of liberty, minor bodily injury, rape, and unauthorized optical recording.

Detention has been proposed for Aganović due to the risk of flight, and for both due to the risk that they might influence witnesses, conceal evidence, repeat the criminal offense while at liberty, and due to the risk that their being at liberty could cause public unrest, the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office announced.
