(Patria) - The prosecutor in charge at the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton has proposed to the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo to order one-month detention for the suspect Dario Delibašić, it has been confirmed by this institution.
Detention has been proposed due to the risk that the suspect, if at liberty, could influence witnesses, conceal evidence, and due to the risk of re-offending.
He is suspected of the criminal offense of kidnapping and robbery.
