MP Gratz files criminal complaint against unknown persons over crime in Autoceste FBiH: Where did 500 million KM disappear?

(Patria) - Member of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament Dennis Gratz (DF) has filed a criminal complaint with the Federal Prosecutor's Office against unknown persons due to well-founded suspicion of committing several criminal offenses in the area of economic crime and abuse of official position within JP Autoceste FBiH.

This concerns the report of the FBiH Auditor of this company for the year 2024, which determined a series of serious irregularities in the operations of JP Autoceste FBiH, specifically that they increased the costs of works on four sections of the highway by as much as half a billion convertible marks.

Gratz states that the media have already reported that the audit report for 2024 determined a series of serious irregularities in the operations of JP Autoceste FBiH, due to which, among other things, funds amounting to as much as half a billion KM were spent, primarily due to the unfounded and multiple increase in the value of contracts through annexes, especially for four construction sections.

Let us remind you, these are the sections Počitelj – Zvirovići, Vranduk – Ponirak, Nemila – Vranduk, Nemila – Poprikuše. This is an additional 19.5 million KM per constructed kilometer, or an additional 19,500 KM for every meter of highway on the mentioned four sections.

Gratz also submitted the evidence he possesses with the complaint and requests the FBiH Prosecutor's Office to launch an investigation and establish all the facts.
