At the 9th session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the initiative of MP Denis Bećirović was adopted, obliging the Council of Ministers of BiH to, in 2015, prepare and submit to the parliamentary procedure a Bill on the prohibition of inciting and spreading national, religious, racial and other forms of hatred in BiH, reports the Patria News Agency.

Due to the absence of an entity majority, the Bill on amendments to the Law on Sports in BiH, proposed by MP Denis Bećirović, was sent to the Collegium for harmonization.

Discussion on the border between BiH and Montenegro

The proposal of the conclusion by MPs from the SBB BiH Club, requesting the Presidency of BiH to be asked to inform the House about issues related to the Draft Agreement on the state border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, was not adopted.

The House adopted a conclusion that the Council of Ministers of BiH should provide information on whether, during the consideration and acceptance of the Border Agreement between BiH and Montenegro, the Council of Ministers of BiH was provided with complete accompanying attachments to the Agreement, namely the textual description of the border extension and a topographical map with the border line drawn, as they are an integral part of the Agreement. The Council of Ministers of BiH considered and accepted the Border Agreement between BiH and Montenegro on November 6, 2014.
