
(Patria) - Due to the religious holiday of Eid al-Fitr, the transport of explosives is prohibited in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina until midnight tonight.
The movement of all vehicles across the bridge on the Dobro Polje-Miljevina main road is prohibited. Vehicles with a total mass of up to 3.5 tons can use the roads via Grepak or Kalinovik (there is 19 km of gravel road), while trucks must use the roads via Rogatica and Ustipraca.
Due to construction work on the Tomislavgrad-Prisoje main road, traffic is proceeding in one lane with traffic lights operating 24/7.
Construction of a noise barrier is underway on the A-1 Sarajevo sjever-Podlugovi section of the highway, due to which traffic is diverted to the overtaking lane.
Due to soil monitoring work on the A-1 Sarajevo zapad-Lepenica section of the highway, in the area of the Lepenica interchange and the Igman tunnel, traffic is proceeding in both directions in the right lane.
On the Jablanica-Blidinje main road, traffic is allowed for vehicles up to 3.5 tons, while traffic for vehicles over 3.5 tons is still suspended.
Traffic for all vehicles is suspended on the Šamac-Grebnica main road due to the repair of a railway crossing. Alternative routes are in use.
At border crossings, waiting times for passenger vehicles are currently no longer than 30 minutes.
Due to the registration of passengers under the new European Union Entry/Exit System (EES), longer waiting times at border crossings are possible.
The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. As of December 2, 2025, the Karakaj border crossing is open for all categories of vehicles. Traffic for all trucks is prohibited at the Šepak border crossing.
