Movement Ban in RS Outside Place of Residence from Today at 12:00 until Tomorrow at 18:00

(Patria) - During the weekend, from 12:00 on Saturday to 18:00 on Sunday, all citizens are prohibited from moving outside their place of residence in the RS. This measure also aims to prevent the spread of the virus, announced the Vice President of the RS Government and Minister of Justice, Anton Kasipović.

The ban from this conclusion does not apply to persons who possess a movement permit issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs or a certificate of the need to move due to the smooth performance of work processes issued by the employer.

This decision will be applied until April 13.

The statement clarifies that the movement ban applies exclusively to weekend days.

"The ban does not apply to persons who, during weekend days, for example, travel from the territory of one municipality or city to work on the territory of another municipality or city. Persons who, during weekend days, do not have an employer's certificate of the need to move due to performing work, or a permit from the MUP of the Republika Srpska for movement, cannot move outside their place of residence/boravišta," the statement reads.
