For Drivers: Favorable Driving Conditions, One Hour Wait at Doljani

Roads in BiH are clear with favorable weather conditions. With the start of the new school year, the number of children on the streets has increased, so we call on drivers for extra caution and mandatory compliance with speed limits, especially near schools, reports the Patria News Agency.

Due to repair works on expansion joints on two bridges on the A-1 highway section Podlugovi-Sarajevo sjever, traffic is operating in both directions on the right lane (for approximately 4 km).

Due to road damage on the M-5 highway through Sarajevo, traffic regulations have been changed. Vehicles over 7.5 tons are using the route through the city, while vehicles up to 7.5 tons and buses are using an alternative route: from the direction of Pale, the route is: Bistrik-Hamdije Kreševljakovića-Terezija-Vraca, and from the opposite direction, the route is: Dolac Malta-Azize Šaćirbegović-Vraca intersection-Terezija-Bistrik.

Slower traffic is also present on other sections where repair works are being carried out, including the following routes: Jajce-Banja Luka, Konjic-Jablanica, Jablanica-Prozor, Čapljina-Stolac, and Doboj Gračanica.

At the Doljani border crossing, there is an approximately 1-hour wait for exit from BiH, and at the Gabela Polje border crossing, approximately 30 minutes. There are no longer delays at other border crossings for now, according to BIHAMK.
