Six candidates for President of Republika Srpska: Đokanović, Blanuša, Karan, Lazarević, Gašević and Dragičević

(Patria) - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina at today's session adopted the Report on the verification of proposed candidates for participation in the Early elections for the President of Republika Srpska, which will be held on 23.11.2025, with proposals for decisions on certification of candidacies.

For the early elections for the President of Republika Srpska, the candidacies of four candidates were certified: Dragan Đokanović (Alliance for a New Politics), Branko Blanuša (SDS), Siniša Karan (SNSD) and Nikola Lazarević (Ecological Party of Republika Srpska).

CIK member Suad Arnautović supported all verification reports except for Siniša Karan and was against it.

Earlier, independent candidates Igor Gašević and Slavko Dragičević were also certified.

At today's session, the CIK also adopted a Decision on determining the order of political subjects on the ballot for the early elections for the President of Republika Srpska, after the drawing of lots procedure was conducted yesterday.

The following order of political subjects on the ballot was determined:
