No Obstacles for Čampara: Instead of Retirement, SDA and HDZ Appoint Dragana Lukača as FUP Director!?

Finally, Aljoša Čampara, having secured the position of FMUP Minister, succeeded in what he had been doing from the shadows for months - the FBiH Government, specifically ministers from SDA and HDZ BiH, voted for the adoption of the Decision on the temporary appointment of Dragan Lukač to the position of Director of the Federal Police Administration, writes the Patria News Agency.

Four ministers from the Democratic Front abstained during the vote.

The basis for adopting this decision, as announced by the Government after the session, is the Decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo from March 13, 2015.

As a reminder, judge Aida Hasić at that time made this decision quickly, under the political pressure of Aljoša Čampara.

The hearing at which the final decision on the temporary measure for Lukač was to be made was not held two days ago due to the judge's illness.

The Decision on temporary appointment, adopted today, comes into effect on the day of its adoption and will last until a new decision is made by the Municipal Court in Sarajevo determining a security measure or until the court litigation is legally concluded.

It is still unknown when the new hearing will be held. But, even when it is, given that Prime Minister Fadil Novalić withdrew the power of attorney of the FBiH Government's lawyer in this dispute, the court's decision is predictable.

The absence of the Government's representative will mean a decision that permanently returns Lukač to the position of FUP Director.

It is obvious that in this country, laws apply only in the case of Dragan Vikić, Jozo Andžić, Himzo Selimović... but not for Čampara and Lukač.

How will the compromised Dragan Lukač remain director for a four-year term when he will meet all legal conditions for retirement in a few days?
