(Patria) - Nenad Vuković, delegate in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, at the beginning of a new emergency session of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, again requested to discuss the agenda, as they were prevented from doing so at the 7th emergency session held today in Sarajevo.

“My prevailing opinion is that if we do not discuss this again at this session, we are establishing a practice, and I do not want the violation of the rules of procedure to become a practice. We do not want to succumb to it. That is why I want to discuss it once more, and then I will again ask to discuss the agenda.

I ask you for the House to declare itself on our proposal. This is not about any whim. We are asking the House to declare itself.

Let's see if there is a majority, or we will conclude that the minority does not allow the majority to be seen. You have no basis in the rules of procedure for such a thing. This is about repackaging and moving forward,” said Vuković.

Želimir Nešković read out the request for an addition to the agenda, which asks for the adoption of the decision on the dismissal of the first Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament, Nikola Špirić, to be included on the agenda.

Dragan Čović, Speaker of the House of Peoples, said that the session was scheduled an hour ago and it was stated that only the law would be considered.

“Be patient and leave it for the next session,” said Čović.

We remind you that the Bill on Personal Data Protection was unanimously adopted earlier in the first reading, and at this session, it should be adopted in the second reading with the accepted amendments.
