(Patria) - The sub-committee of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC) has determined the ranking list of candidates for the special deputy chief federal prosecutor, i.e., the head of the Special Department of the FBiH Prosecutor's Office for Combating Corruption, Organized and Inter-Cantonal Crime (POSKOK).
The list includes prosecutors Pavo Radoš (Brčko District Prosecutor's Office), Samir Selimović, and Hrvoje Čabrajić (KS Prosecutor's Office).
The HJPC session at which the head of POSKOK will be elected will be held next week, on January 15 and 16.
At the same session, nine prosecutors for the Special Department, as well as ten judges for the Special Department of the FBiH Supreme Court, are also to be elected.
The previous tender was annulled at the suggestion of the US Embassy, and although the entire procedure was expected to be completed by the end of 2024, this did not happen.
We remind you that the headquarters of POSKOK will be located at Alipašina Street 6, and the rent has been paid by the FBiH Government since October 2024, for which it allocates 26,000 KM per month.
