(Patria) - After SIPA conducted a search of the CMS system at VSTV, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council responded.
"Due to a large number of inquiries from journalists and articles published in the media, and with the aim of objective information, we wish to inform the public that members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), acting on an order from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, are conducting a search of the Case Management System (CMS) in courts related to cases of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In this regard, we wish to remind the public that the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) established the CMS through which all judicial institutions record their cases, and this search does not relate to the entire system, but exclusively, as stated, to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina," they stated from the VSTV.
