The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (VSTV) of Bosnia and Herzegovina at today's session unanimously adopted a conclusion (14 members) in which they commented on the letters received after the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina refused to allow the OSCE insight into the files of war crimes cases.
The VSTV has a different opinion on insight into files than the Prosecutor's Office, and in the conclusion they stated that, in accordance with the Peace Agreement, the OSCE should be allowed insight into war crimes cases.
- In 2006, the VSTV also had this opinion, and the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina should allow insight into war crimes files to the OSCE - it is stated, among other things, in the conclusion.
