Drivers beware, congestion on main roads and red weather warning

(Patria) - As it is the end of the week, increased vehicle frequency is expected on main roads, approaches to cities, and border crossings, BIHAMK announced.

Repair works on embankments and unstable slopes are ongoing for a few more days, due to which traffic has been suspended on the Jajce-Crna Rijeka main road. Vehicles are being redirected via Jezero and Mrkonjić Grad towards Crna Rijeka.

On the Rogatica-Ustiprača main road, due to bridge damage, vehicles up to 30 tons are using one lane, while traffic for vehicles over 30 tons is suspended.

Rehabilitation works are ongoing on the main roads: Kladanj-Vlasenica, Prozor-Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje, Foča-Ustikolina, Dobro Polje-Miljevina, Bijeljina-Rača, Čevljanovići-Nišići, and Semizovac-Srednje. At other work sites, traffic is moving slowly.

Drivers are advised to be cautious due to the red weather warning issued for most of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the region.
