Government Opposing Itself: Who is the "Troika" Addressing, and Who Has Been Shaping Our Destiny for the "Last 20 Years"!?

There are many problems in Bosnia and Herzegovina that the current government, embodied by the "Troika" (SDP, NIP, and Our Party), is unable to solve, for both objective and subjective reasons. From the issue of the South Interconnection project, through the Growth Plan, to those vitally important "trifles." There is no water, electricity is increasingly expensive until it disappears, there is no gas, or Elek turns it off when he wants, oncology patients are dying on waiting lists...

The list of everything that is missing is long, but this government will be remembered for the fact that during their mandate, they often behaved like an opposition to themselves, because the addresses of their representatives and the statements from the headquarters of these parties sound unbelievable and quite ridiculous, not to say naive. They clearly consider the people of BiH forgetful or, perhaps, they wish for some collective amnesia, so we don't know who has been holding the levers of power in the last 20 years, to which the "Troika" constantly refers.

The Party of Democratic Action, which they allude to and blame for everything and anything, is made up of people. Because logically, a party consists of individuals, not just its name.

The latest excursion in which the People and Justice party is playing the opposition is contained in a press release in which they inform the public that the deputies of the "Troika" (SDP BiH, People and Justice, and Our Party) in the Parliament of the Federation of BiH will initiate urgent amendments to legal regulations to solve the problem with waiting lists for oncology patients in the Federation of BiH!?

Such a statement could be made by the opposition, but certainly not by the government, because they should have done it, as they have the majority, not inform the public about moves and initiatives in which they again mention the previous 20 years.

“The current legal framework and prescribed norms that have not been implemented for over 20 years, resulting in insufficient funding of the Solidarity Fund, are undeniable indicators that changes are necessary and urgent,” stated NIP.
So, let's see who was in power for the last 20 years. And not just in power, but individuals from that then "hated" government that destroyed everything it could, held key positions from which they could have done a lot.

First, Elmedin Konaković should be mentioned, the most beloved child of the Party of Democratic Action, who was the Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton, in power since birth. He was in SDA when that party was in power, and now he is in NIP when NIP is in power.

Although he publicly demonstrates amnesia, claiming he never said that Nenad Nešić was "squeezed through the eye of a needle," which is recorded at a press conference on April 28, 2023, we do not believe he does not remember all the years of governance, although he would obviously like us to see him as something new on the political scene.

Similarly, Denis Bećirović, former Prime Minister of BiH, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, during whose mandate the Coordination Mechanism was established, is now in NIP. A member of the Collegium of the House of Representatives and a very important factor in politics, he was and remains so. Not as the opposition, but as the government!

What can be said about Aljoša Čampare, the long-time Minister of Internal Affairs of FBiH, who was a key figure within SDA, and today he is in NIP!

However, the government is not made up of mere party names, but of people who are members of that party. Therefore, the "Troika" must direct the argument about "20 years of failed government" at themselves, because SDP was also an important link in the government when, for example, they denied returnees the right to vote with the Law on Residence, and the main agitator of this adventure was Denis Bećirović, the current Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, a former member of the Collegium of the House of Representatives of the PSBiH.

We must not forget Kemal Ademović (NIP), the current member of the Collegium of the House of Peoples of the PSBiH, who once appointed personnel within SDA, how successfully we can read from today's NIP statements.

One might say there are no innocents, only those who have been in power for as long as they can remember, only now they are deceiving the public with stories about how they will do something better now than they did before! How else to understand the opposition to oneself.

In that, you have 20 years of the former government, the same faces that we see today lying and fumbling about their current achievements.

If we include the purchase of expensive vehicles, about which there were no statements or announcements of initiatives (Dragan Miković admitted that it was not communicated well), then it is clear that every statement about some initiatives for the benefit of citizens is a populist act in which they wash their (in)actions by behaving like the opposition, and to themselves at that.
