More than 400 suspects of genocide against Bosniaks in Srebrenica in 1995 currently work in the police of the Bosnian entity Republika Srpska, SIPA, and the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
The complete list of war criminals working in police, military, and political structures of Bosnia and Herzegovina can be viewed HERE.
For example, the new police chief in Brčko, Goran Pisić, is suspected of participating in the genocide in Srebrenica in 1995 as a member of the Republika Srpska police.
The head of the Department for Investigation of Early Crimes in the Regional Office Tuzla, Jovan Ilić, is also suspected of participating in the genocide in Srebrenica, for which the Mothers of Srebrenica have been demanding his dismissal for some time, but without success.
Jovica Mirosavljević, deputy commander of the SIPA special unit, is also suspected of war crimes.
Nevertheless, even though these are people with the bloodiest past, it does not bother the authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Bosnian entity, and they carry out their jobs unhindered.
On the other hand, a disciplinary proceeding is currently underway against three Bosniaks employed at the Police Station in Vlasenica. The three of them could be held accountable because they photographed themselves with the flag of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
These are police officers Rašid Zekić, Esmir Saračević, and Elvir Patković, reports Patria.
Glas Srpske writes that the spokesperson of the Bijeljina Public Security Center, Aleksandra Simojlović, confirmed that the Bijeljina PSC has initiated checks regarding the photograph featuring police officers from the Vlasenica Police Station. If any irregularities are found, everything provided for by law will be undertaken.
