"The key problem of our institutions is that political parties decide who will deal with culture and science. Thus, the Federal Ministry of Culture and Sports approved funds within the 'Transfer for institutions of science and culture of significance for Bosnia and Herzegovina'. This year, 900,000 KM was allocated for this transfer, and funds were awarded to cultural institutions ranging from 10,000 KM to 150,000 KM.

The entire Tuzla Canton received 10,000 KM (JU Arhiv Tuzlanskog kantona, Tuzla). So, 1% of the funds for Tuzla Canton as one of the largest in the FBiH by population," stated Čavalić.

A total of eight cultural institutions received 10,000 KM each.
