RS Government Hires Lobbyists in London

(Patria) - The RS Government, through the Ministry for European Integration and International Cooperation, has hired the lobbying firm Groze Consulting Limited based in London.

The contract was signed on July 1, 2025, and will be valid until the end of the current year, writes Istraga.

"The goal is to open and develop a new, discreet channel of communication between the RS government and the authorities of the United Kingdom so that the authorities of the United Kingdom better understand the policies of the RS and include the RS in dialogue to achieve mutually beneficial goals," the description of the cooperation goals between the RS Government and Groze Consulting Limited states.

Groze Consulting Limited was founded on June 13, 2022, to provide services "in the field of human resources and their management".

Information shows that it engages in consulting services in the field of lobbying. The company is led by Briton Sir Dominick John Chilcott, former British ambassador to Turkey, Ireland, and Iran.

The activities of the RS Government represent additional expenditures for lobbying this year. It is registered on the list of lobbying firms of the UK Government.

On June 30, the day before signing with Groze Consulting Limited, the Ministry for European Integration concluded a lobbying contract with the American firm Tactic COC, which is tasked with representing the interests of the RS in the USA.
